Yes, it’s possible to shower, avoiding wetting the electrodes. For long-duration exams, it’s ideal to replace the electrodes after each shower.

You can sleep normally, just avoid sleeping on your stomach.

  1. Open the Patient app;

  2. Select the type of event you want to report;

  3. Add more details in the indicated field;

  4. Then select the “send note” button.

At the end, the message “your note was successfully created” will appear, confirming your entry.
